Dill or Teriyaki Salmon a baked salmon loin served a garnish of lemon

3^rd Course: Our Favourite - Choose 1 

Dessert Buffett - a collection of cakes and pies featuring the bride and grooms favourite dessert and a selection of handpicked desserts to please all guests

Dessert Plated - choose one dessert from the buffet menu or a dessert especially created for your event, and have it displayed, garnished and served to each of your guests

Chocolate Fountain -featuring one of the largest fountains in the area, with 5 tiers of melted rich Lindt Milk Chocolate.  Complete with fruit and a variety of items to dip

Above meals come complete with relish trays, warm rolls and butter, coffee and tea.

Also included with all buffet menus is choice of main linen, overlay, and linen napkin, china dishes, water glasses and cup and saucer.
